amazing food friendly staff spacious room comfy bed
The facilities are excellent. The food was AMAZING!!! The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was spacious, with a large ensuite. a super comfy bed. I enjoyed my time in the clean spa area. The bar and restaurant were really good.
I noticed some damp, flaky paint on part of the bedroom wall and a lot of condensation on the bedroom window.

The location offers a quiet environment, great. The hotel features a big yard and garden perfect to walk around. Plenty of parking is available .

underwhelming stay. some serious issues
loose taps wobbly shower controls
the garden was lovely and was well maintained.
My room suffered from several maintenance issues. The sink taps were loose, and the shower controls wobbled precariously. i found it hard to relax properly.

clean room comfortable bed professional service broken tv water damage unsightly bath panel
my 'superior double or twin room' was clean. the bed offered comfort. the spa staff showed friendliness. i found their service professional.
the tv did not work . i learned it was a new tv. some water damage looked in the lounge from the room above.. the bathroom also had some water damage to the bath panel. i found it unsightly for a pricier room.

the room was large and comfortable. the hotel is tucked away in a quiet location with nice grounds. free parking is available too. the pool was fabulous at the spa.
